Coupons & cash vouchers can be obtained offline (physical coupons/vouchers) and online. 

(1) Please follow our Facebook, Instagram and WeChat official account, or subscribe to our email to get the latest information about the promotions.

(2) Cash coupons can be purchased from MyEUShop. If you are interested in purchasing coupons as a corporation, please contact our marketing department: marketing@myeushop.com.

2. Where can I find my coupons & vouchers?

Coupons:

(1). Online coupons: You can find it in [My account] – [My vouchers]. 

(2). Physical coupons: You can redeem your voucher through the portal [My account] – [My vouchers] – [Redeem]. The vouchers redeemed will be put under [My vouchers] and you can use them when you checkout.

Cash vouchers:

All the cash vouchers will be sent to your account. You can find the vouchers in [My account] – [My vouchers].
