Cancel my orders

1. For orders “to be dispatched”: you can find it in "My order", and click "Apply for refund" to complete the cancellation of the order. Your refund will be back to the account you used to pay for this order within 2-5 business days. Please pay attention to the transaction with the amount named “Mollie”.

2. For orders "dispatching" or "to be delivered" : you will no longer be able to cancel your order or request a refund.

*Tips:

The coupon or cash voucher used in the order will not be refunded if you cancel your order.

If your payment is conducted by Alipay or WeChat, the transaction fee will not be refunded, on account that it is collected by the third party. Please check the payment method of your original order carefully when cancelling your order.
