Change address and/or delivery date

 

If you need to change the address and/or delivery date after placing an order, please go to [My Order] – [Cancel the appointment] – [Reschedule] to select a new delivery date and/or address.

 

*The change of address and delivery time is ONLY available for orders delivered by NLE Express. PostNL orders are not applicable when you confirm the order.

 

**If the order status is "Outbound", you can not change the address and/or delivery date.
