Fresh products 

(including vegetables & fruits, seafood, poultry, eggs, all frozen products and deli)


a. Due to the influence of season, climate, region and other factors, different batches of the same product may vary slightly. That 10% (or less) of seafood products are not alive does not count as a quality problem. If you are unsatisfied with the appearance of the products, please check them carefully when the parcel is delivered to you.

 

b. If the products you have received have quality problems or you have received the wrong products, please apply for a refund within 24 hours after the parcel has been delivered. You should also upload pictures as the reference, then we will review the application within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, the amount of the money will be refunded to the payment account you have used(WeChat/Alipay/NLE Express/PayPal) within 2-5 working days. Please bear in mind that we will not accept the application of refund after 24 hours of delivery.


Dry products


a. If the products you have received have quality problems or you have received the wrong products, please apply for a refund within 72 hours after the parcel has been delivered.  You should also upload pictures as the reference, then we will review the application within 3 working days. 

 

b. Once the application has been approved, the amount of the money will be refunded to the payment account you have used(WeChat/Alipay/NLE Express/PayPal) within 2-5 working days. Please bear in mind that we will not accept the application of refund after 72 hours of delivery.

 

Non-food products 

(cosmetics/skin care products/electronic accessories/green plants and gardening/kitchenware)

 

a. You can contact customer service within 14 days after the delivery for a refund or a return. You can choose to 1) send back the products or 2) ask the driver to bring the products back to our warehouse when you place an order next time.


b. If the products have no quality issues, MyEUShop will not afford the delivery fee and please refer to your tracking number to our customer service team. If the products have quality problems, MyEUShop will be responsible for the delivery fee.

 

c. Please bear in mind that we will not accept the application of refund/return after 14 days of delivery. After the warehouse receives the products, we will review your application within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will receive the refund soon.

 

d. Please note that you cannot apply for a refund/return for the cosmetics with a receipt after it is delivered.

 

* Products to be expired

Please pay attention to the delivery date you have booked in the system. If the products expire due to a late delivery date, you cannot apply for a refund.

 

*Tips:

You cannot apply a refund for food products with non-quality problems, including but not limited to the following conditions:

 

a. The packaging is deformed during transportation, but it does not affect the food inside. E.g. milk powder and canned food;

 

b. Products with discounts or in promotion;

 

c. Once the package has been opened;

 

d. Any products that are contaminated or have quality problems due to improper handling by consumers themselves;

 

e. Any products that cannot be identified because consumers tear or alter the labels, anti-counterfeiting marks or special packaging;

 

f. Refunds based on personal preference and other subjective factors.


g. If an order has not been schedule for delivery for more than 6 months, the system will send you an email to inform you that the order would be destroyed by default if you do not reply.
