MyEUShop will not return or exchange food products after they have been sold, but you can apply for a refund as the cash that how you pay or coupons.

1. Refund as cash: Once the application has been approved, you will receive the refund within 2-5 working days into your into your banking account that you chose for payment.

2. Refund as coupons: The coupons will be directly sent to your account. You can use the coupons for any products without discounts and there is no limit on the minimum amount (*except products from our merchants).

For non-food products, you can not only apply for a refund as cash or coupons, but also a return or an exchange. After the warehouse receives the products and the application has been approved, you can also choose to have other products with the same price.

Tips:

Please first check whether the products are within the scope of return/refund.

If you have applied your refund as cash, they cannot be changed to vouchers and vice versa.

Others:

(1) Any dispute shall be settled by MyEUShop and the decision of MyEUShop will be regarded as the final decision.

(2) MyEUShop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

(3) If your products are ordered directly from the sellers, please notice that the provisions will be subject to the sellers.
