1. What should I do if the products have quality problems or physical damage?

Please apply for a refund within 24 hours(for fresh and frozen food) or 72 hours(for dry food) after the parcel has been delivered. You should also upload pictures as the reference, then we will review the application within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, the amount of the money will be refunded to the payment account you have used(WeChat/Alipay/NLE Express/PayPal) within 2-5 working days. Please bear in mind that we will not accept the application of refund after 24 or 72 hours of delivery.

 

2. What should I do if I receive wrong products that are different from my order?

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours(for fresh and frozen food) or 72 hours(for dry food) after the parcel has been delivered. Then the customer service team will handle it accordingly.
