What should I do if I want to add more products or buy less products after placing an order?

You can not change the products once you have paid for the order. However, if your order is "to be dispatched", you can go to [my order] – [apply for refund] to cancel the whole order. Then you can click [Order the same products again] so that all the products in the previous order will be automatically added to your shopping cart again. Now you can add or delete items in the shopping cart and place a new order afterwards.

Tips:

The coupon or cash voucher used in the order will not be refunded if you cancel your order.

If your payment is conducted by Alipay or WeChat, the transaction fee will not be refunded, on account that it is collected by the third party. Please check the payment method of your original order carefully when cancelling your order.
